Third Party Accessories – Brand Incentive Payout Process

Objective

To ensure timely payments of the brand incentives to eligible team members 

Scope

Applicable to the sales team in Apple Retail upto Store Manger level 

Guideline

  • Incentive scheme would be derived by the brand and communicated to the B&M team.
  • The scheme to have details of the brand, category, value of the incentive, eligibility criteria/target and the offer period.
  • B&M team to declare the scheme to Store Managers who would brief the team on the same.
  • Incentive scheme may vary from time to time.

Procedure of payout

  • The calculations for the incentives made for a particular quarter is consolidated by B&M and sent to cluster managers within 5 days from the quarter end.
  • Cluster managers to validate and confirm by 10th of the same month.
  • B&M raises debit note for the respective vendors and send it to finance for final validation by 12th keeping Retail and Finance head informed.
  • Post validation, Finance to pay out along with the salary in the same month.
