Recognition Program

Recognition is as simple as saying thank-you, with a very informal approach or as grandiose as a formal presentation at an event organized. Recognition focuses on the way Ample recognizes and appreciates good behavior, effort and additional initiative to foster a high performing culture in pursuit of achieving Ample’s vision and values.

Reward system

Reward system aims at strategically designing ways to motivate team members for their behavior, efforts and contribution towards Ample which can be monetarily or non-monetary.

Objectives and Scope

  • Acknowledge Effort – Rewards innovation, ideation, initiatives and leadership behaviour.
  • Drive Engagement – Designed to drive employee engagement amongst all team members across functions, sub functions, designations and locations.
  • Build Ample Culture – Acknowledges individual or team effort and recognises exceptional performance, behavioural excellence at an organisational level

This policy is applicable to all the team members on the rolls and on contract with Ample across all geographical locations.

SPOT AwardSpot awards are immediate recognition of individual contributions to day-to-day activities where an Amplite demonstrates excellence or goes that extra mile.The award can be presented by an Amplite from one team to another or a manager to his team member. Spot awards are on-going in nature and can be presented at any time to recognise excellence and extra-mile efforts.

Procedure

  • Senior reporting managers are required to provide nominations on the below link for various categories of awards. https://ems.ample.co.in/rnr/ace/nomination-form/
  • Spot award nominations can be updated on the below link. http://ems.ample.co.in/rnr/spot/
  • Gifts and certificates can be procured depending on the category of awards and nominations.
  • On a particular day/event, an “award ceremony” can be conducted gathering all the team members and the awards are felicitated.
  • e-DM on all the ACE award winners to be circulated org wide.
 

Amendments

The amendments to this policy are at the discretion of the management as per the needs and expectations. The changes would be updated to the team members before the implementation and the necessary demonstration/ handholding would be done where deemed necessary

SPOT AwardSpot awards are immediate recognition of individual contributions to day-to-day activities where an Amplite demonstrates excellence or goes that extra mile.The award can be presented by an Amplite from one team to another or a manager to his team member. Spot awards are on-going in nature and can be presented at any time to recognise excellence and extra-mile efforts.

Procedure

  • Senior reporting managers are required to provide nominations on the below link for various categories of awards. https://ems.ample.co.in/rnr/ace/nomination-form/
  • Spot award nominations can be updated on the below link. http://ems.ample.co.in/rnr/spot/
  • Gifts and certificates can be procured depending on the category of awards and nominations.
  • On a particular day/event, an “award ceremony” can be conducted gathering all the team members and the awards are felicitated.
  • e-DM on all the ACE award winners to be circulated org wide.
 

Amendments

The amendments to this policy are at the discretion of the management as per the needs and expectations. The changes would be updated to the team members before the implementation and the necessary demonstration/ handholding would be done where deemed necessary
