Scope Of The Policy
The objective is to outline a revised process with applicable criteria to pay incentives for Enterprise Business team.
This process is applicable to Sales Executives, Sr. Sales Executives, Assistant Managers, Managers and Branch Managers.
Effective Date
This policy is effective from 1st April, 2015.
Key Criteria
- Applicable to Sales Team & Branch Manager
- Incentive for the quarter will be based on the targets and criteria shared with the team member at the start of the quarter by the reporting manager.
- Incentive payment for any quarter would be subject to the criteria given below:
- 100% Payment for the quarter billing should have been collected
- Form C / I for the quarter and previous quarter should have been collected.
- In case of any delayed collection/aged stock (wherever applicable), interest cost would be deducted from the achieved BL of the quarter and incentive amount recalculated.
