Objective
The referral incentive policy endeavours to encourage recruitment of team members via references from existing team members.
Philosophy
In line with its values, Ample believes that recruitment of candidates known to its current Team Members would increase the level of teamwork and camaraderie and bring in known talent into the Organization.
Applicability
The amount payable for the different positions is as follows:
- Referral for Freshers
- Rs.10,000/-
- Executive/ Sr.Executive
- Rs.20,000/-
- Asst.Manager
- Rs.30,000/-
- Manager and Above
- Rs.50,000/-
** For May & Jun 2022, the referral bonus amount applicable will be Rs.15,000, Rs.30,000, Rs.45,000 & Rs.75,000 for above grades respectively.
Reporting managers relating to their own teams will not qualify for the incentive payout.
Procedure
- You can refer friends / acquaintances / ex-colleagues / neighbours who are in similar positions and are looking for a change by sending an email only to the recruitment team.
- The candidate would then go through the normal selection process thereafter (with preliminary and final rounds of interviews), followed by reference checks with the Organisation that the person has worked for.
- Once the candidate has successfully completed the selection process, an offer would be made to the candidate.
- To be eligible for referral bonus payout, both the referrer and the referee must be active Amplites of Ample as of the payment input date (6th month) or the subsequent processing month. If either the referrer or the referee has resigned or is serving a notice period during that time, the referrer will not be eligible to receive the referral bonus.
Payment Terms
- The concerned team member would receive the relevant referral incentive amount on completion of 6 months of the person joining. A claim has to be made to H.R., by the referring team member for the applicable referral amount (Refer to the table under Applicability). The change in the payment terms is w.e.f 01 July 2022 and any further revision will be completely at the discretion of the management.
- The claim will be forwarded to the Company / H.R. Head for authorization.
