Employee Discount Policy

Objective

The objective is to provide clarity, consistency and fairness in the discounts provided for the purchase of products and services available in our stores.

Policy commencement and validity

The policy is effective from 1st Jan 2020 and will remain valid till revoked. This policy can be amended or withdrawn at anytime should there be a reason to do so, and  appropriate communication will be done to the effect.

Scope

Open to all Amplites who are confirmed in their employment at Ample. And consultants would be eligible after the completion of 6 months.

* A limit of a year refers to a financial year which is from April to March.
* Purchase limit for UA and Asics is on MRP.

Process

Notes:

Asics: Under EOSS, vendor contribution of discounts will additionally apply

Apple: For products under special prices/promo, discounted value to be obtained from BU head
