Probation & Training period

Probation

All new team members will undergo a probationary period for 6 months, upon satisfactory completion of which, their appointment will be confirmed in writing.  Probation provides time for both the team member and the management to assess the suitability of the candidate to the job and vice-versa.

Probation does not automatically end with the team member becoming permanent and will be terminable by giving the probationer one month’s notice in writing or by paying one month’s gross salary in lieu of the notice.  Prior to resignation / termination, there should be a discussion to explore the possibility of ironing out all issues, before any decision is taken.

Training period

Team members who have no prior experience may go through a training period before they are considered for regular employment.
