Objective
The objective is to provide clarity, consistency and fairness in the discounts provided for the purchase of products and services available in our stores.
Policy commencement and validity
The policy is effective from 1st Jan 2020 and will remain valid till revoked. This policy can be amended or withdrawn at anytime should there be a reason to do so, and appropriate communication will be done to the effect.
Scope
Open to all Amplites who are confirmed in their employment at Ample. And consultants would be eligible after the completion of 6 months.
Guidelines

- All discounted items will be billed from the designated locations only (store inventory, if the item is available or as relevant).
- Any transaction involving profit, involving customers, or proxy buying on behalf of colleagues is deemed integrity violation.
- Clubbing of Amplite discount with other promos/discounts is not permitted unless it is directly from the brand.
- The team member will be responsible for checking the item purchased for damages/flaws, before settling the bill. However, in case of manufacturing defect which emerges after the sale, the guarantee/warranty will be applicable, as relevant.
- Purchase can be made through cash, credit card and or an EMI option (Cost of EMI to be borne by the team member).
- The Amplite discount can be combined only with the brand promo, not the store discount. Ample’s contribution to brand-run promos will not be taken into account.
- The Amplite discount does not apply to purchases of off-demo, sample, and discounted products under this policy.
- Sales made through the discount program will get reported under HR in ERP.
- No sales credit to locations is available.
- Limits can be enhanced basis justification – HOD & HR head to approve.
- Team member under notice can buy through credit card and cash.

* A limit of a year refers to a financial year which is from April to March.
* Purchase limit for UA and Asics is on MRP. ** Loyalty points cannot be accrued with discount in LEGO.
Process

- Team member to fill the “Discount Form” in HRMS, followed by reporting manager’s approval.
- HR to check records for earlier purchases made before approving the request.
- TAT for HR to process the form is one working day from the date of RM’s approval.
- Team member can make a purchase from any of the Ample stores.
- An invoice will be generated in the team member’s name, and the item will be issued accordingly.
- Team member to make payment choosing any of the payment options provided in the policy.
- Adjusting the purchase against salary or incentives is not permitted, except for the EMI option provided by Ample.
- The team member is responsible for covering the cost of transporting goods purchased outside the store premises, and the goods must be moved on the same day of purchase.
- Team member to upload the invoice copy in HRMS portal within three working days from the day of purchase.

Asics: Under EOSS, vendor contribution of discounts will additionally apply
Apple: For products under special prices/promo, discounted value to be obtained from BU head
